Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Times
All our shipments are made via express courier using the fastest available shipping option. Delivery times may vary, but they are generally made within 24/72 hours for the areas covered by the service, as specified in the following link: Service coverage areas. Exact delivery times may vary depending on the destination, but we always strive to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
2. Order Processing
Once an order is received, it is immediately forwarded to the courier for processing and dispatch. There is no delay between the receipt of the order and its transmission to the courier, ensuring a quick and smooth process.
3. Shipping Days
Shipments are processed from Monday to Friday. Orders received over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Therefore, if an order is placed during the weekend, it will be transmitted to the courier on the following Monday.
4. Exceptions and Potential Delays
While we strive to ensure deliveries within the stated times, unforeseen delays may occur due to external conditions such as adverse weather, strikes, or other situations beyond our control. In such cases, customers will be promptly informed, and we will do our best to minimize any inconvenience.
5. Uniform Shipping Conditions
Shipping conditions, including delivery times and methods, are the same for all areas covered by our service. There are no differences in delivery times or shipping costs between the various serviced areas, ensuring fair treatment for all our customers.

Each customer will receive a tracking code, depending on the courier used, to monitor the shipment status in real-time.
7. Legal Notice
In case of a dispute, and to avoid misunderstandings due to translation, the contract in Italian will always prevail, and the competent court will be Lugano, Switzerland.
