General Terms and Conditions of Sale

2. General Conditions

The following terms and conditions govern purchases made on LovePlayer.eu, owned by BitExtreme Sagl. By placing an order on LovePlayer.eu and acceptingthe General Terms during the check-out process, the customer confirms they have read and accepted these terms and are aware of the order and shipping management procedures.


3. Pricing Policy

All prices are expressed in EUR (EURO) and include VAT. The price indicated during check-out is considered final. Shipping is always included for orders over 35€. For orders under 35€, shipping charges will apply as listed.


4. Payment Methods

PayPal: Payment via PayPal ensures the protection of personal data. "BitExtreme Sagl" will appear as the beneficiary on the PayPal statement along with the order reference.

Bank Transfer: Bank transfer details will be provided at the time of order.


5. Shipping, Delivery, and Returns

Shipping is handled from our warehouse in Spain via express courier. Delivery times are generally 24/72 hours, unless delayed by force majeure.In all cases, the fastest available delivery method will be chosen.


Returns and Right of Withdrawal

  • Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving the product. The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without providing any reason, by sending written communication to resi@bitextreme.ch.
  • Once the request is submitted, the customer has 10 days to return the product, which must be in its original and sealed packaging unless otherwise agreed.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect. In such cases, the return costs will be covered by us.
  • The refund will be processed within 7/10 business days from receipt and verification of the product, ensuring it was not damaged or tampered with.
  • If the return does not comply with the return conditions, the product may be sent back to the customer at their expense or disposed of.


6. Product Quantities and Stock Availability

Stock availability is updated every 15 minutes. However, in exceptional cases, sudden changes in product availability may occur. In such cases, if an ordered product is no longer available, an immediate refund (full or partial, depending on the order) will be issued. The refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method and are not under our control.


7. Product Warranty

All products are covered by a legal warranty against defects and malfunctions as provided by applicable law. In case of product issues, customers can contact our customer service to start the warranty procedure.


8. Privacy

9. Liability and Limitations

BitExtreme Sagl cannot be held liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by force majeure, unforeseen circumstances, or events beyond our control (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, roadblocks, etc.).

BitExtreme Sagl's liability for any breach of contract or negligence shall in no case exceed the amount related to the products purchased and paid for by the customer.


10. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

In the event of a dispute, the exclusive jurisdiction will be that of Lugano, Switzerland, and all legal matters will be conducted in Italian in accordance with applicable Swiss law. In case of any discrepancies in translation, the Italian version will prevail.
